NeoScope

The Rave Scientific JEOL NeoScope user kit provides a flexible and easy way to purchase a comprehensive kit of the required basic sample preparation consumables and calibration standards. Standards are required for checking magnification, EDS and resolution in the electron microscope. All sample holders and standards are fully compatible with the JEOL NeoScope SEM. This kit also includes a set of 5 sample preparation tweezers, the JV 40 stage adapter, allowing any M4 designed sample holder to be compatible, 5 versatile sample holders, including the variable 0-90° angle tilt holder, valuable when there is no tilt option on your JEOL system.
