Overview
Rave Scientific offers special sample mounts for the Hitachi In Lens Field Emission Scanning Electron Microscopes. Our mounts are compatible with the Hitachi SU9000, Hitachi S-5500, Hitachi S-5200 and Hitachi S-5000 In Lens FESEMs. Available in four different types to accommodate different sample heights. The maximum sample size is normally 5x9mm, except with mount type 3. Manufactured from vacuum grade aluminum to the exact original specifications.
