Overview
Rave Scientific offers the most variety with adapters for Hitachi SEM systems. Hitachi SEM stage adapters already include an M4 screw to mount the sample holders or sample stubs. The EM-Tec versatile SEM stage adapters are directly compatible with all Hitachi stubs and sample holders and can replace the original stage adapters. There are two T-base, 4 dovetail, a round SEM stage adapters and a stage adapter for the Hitachi TM series table top SEMs:
- EM-Tec HV48 new style T-base adapter with M4 screw, compatible with Hitachi SU8200 series, SU8000 series, SU6600, SU-70 and S-4800 FESEMs
- EM-Tec HV40 older style T-base adapter with M4 screw, compatible with Hitachi S-4700, S-4500, S-4300, S-4200, S-4100, S-4000, S-800 FESEMs and S-3600N SEM
- EM-Tec HV50 dovetail stage adapter with M4 screw, compatible with Hitachi SU5000 FESEM
- EM-Tec HV35 dovetail stage adapter with M4 screw on stub extension, compatible with Hitachi SU3500 VPSEM and FlexSEM 1000
- EM-Tec HV34 dovetail stage adapter with M4 screw, compatible with Hitachi S-3400N SEM
- EM-Tec HV37 dovetail stage adapter with M4 screw, compatible with Hitachi S-3700N SEM
- EM-Tec HV20 round stage adapter with M4 screw on stub extension, compatible with Hitachi S-3500, S-3000 and S-2000 SEMs
- EM-Tec TM30 stage adapter kit assembly, compatible with TM3030plus, TM3030, TM3000 and TM1000 table top SEMs
The Hitachi HV48, HV40, HV50, HV34 are supplied with an M4 screw which fits through the M6 threaded hole. The Hitachi stub extensions with standard M6 thread all fit in the EM-Tec stage adapters with an M6 threaded hole.
