Overview

The EM-Tec versatile SEM stage adapter for Tescan SEMs and FIB-SEM systems with the XM or GM sample stages has been designed to original manufacturer's specifications. The EM-Tec T2M stage adapter is fully compatible with all M4 threaded EM-Tec SEM sample holders. The EM-Tec T2M versatile stage adapter for Tescan XM /GM gives access to an unprecedented choice of SEM sample holders which can be used across multiple SEM platforms. The EM-Tec T2M versatile SEM stage adapter for Tescan SEMs and FIB-SEM systems is fully compatible with the sample stages in the XM and GM systems and includes an M4 screw. This stage adapter is compatible with all EM-Tec SEM sample holders with M4 threaded hole. The total height of the EM-Tec T2M stage adapter for Tescan  is only 7.5mm high and flush with the stage.
