ISI-ABT Topcon Stubs 

Overview

Rave Scientific offers the standard cylinder type SEM sample stubs for the ISI/ABT/Topcon SEMs. This holder is available in size Ø15x10mm. The holder will fit the older ISI SEMs, ABT SEM's and newer Topcon SEMs. Some older model JEOL SEMs are compatible with the Ø15mm SEM sample stubs. When you need an less common or special SEM sample stub, which is not offered on our website, please contact us. We can manufacture custom sample stubs or might be able to suggest a solution with alternative sample stubs
