Overview 
Rave Scientific offers a special collection of sample holders and sample stubs compatible with the Coxem EM 30-Plus, EM 30-LE and EM 30-AX. Our collection of holders and stubs will increase your productivity, examine a multitude of samples and unlock even more applications. The Coxem series Desktop SEMs include X/Y stage movement of 40mm and allows for a maximum height of 50mm. The standard sample stage provides X/Y/T movements and Z adjustment.
The following sample holders and pin stubs are fully compatible and take into account the stage movements of the original Coxem stage with X/Y movements of 35mm each way. With the EM-Tec holders, tilt can be added to the sample movements. The EM-Tec sample holders enable quick and secure holding of samples without the use of adhesives.
