Safematic CCU-010-Coating System Supplies
Overview
Rave Scientific offers all required consumables and supplies for the Safematic SEM Sputter and Carbon Coating system. The Safematic sputter coating system requires 54mm diameter sputter targets and the automated carbon threading system spools of carbon in 1 and 2 meter length.
Cleaning Supplies:Wenol metal cleaner, Bell Jar Polish, Lint Free Cloths, Applicator and Polish Sticks
The following cleaning supplies can aid in the various cleaning requirements for the Safematic Coating system. Wenol Metal Polish has been favored by many microscopists for cleaning and polishing parts for electron microscopes and used to be a mainstay in EM labs. Bell Jar Polish can assist in cleaning the Glass Chamber, Lint Free cloths, applicators and wooden sticks will facilitate the cleaning process.

Argon Single Gas Use Cylinder and Regulator
Rave Scientific offers an Argon gas non refillable cylinder as a process gas. The Argon purity is 5.0 (99.999) and the pressure for the cylinder is rated at 60 bar. An optional regulator can be purchase with the cylinder and can regulate the pressure between 0-6 bar.
