Overview
Rave Scientific offers Gallium LMIS (Liquid Metal Ion Sources) cathodes for all Thermo-FEI Dualbeam and FIB-SEM instrumements. The LMIS Gallium sources offered are:
- Manufactured to exacting standards with optimally calibrated state-of-the-art equipment to meet strict alignment tolerances
- Compatible with most OEM configurations.
- Vacuum operation environment: < 5x10-7 mbar
- Typical lifetime 4500µA/hours
- Recommended operating current 2.2µA
