Aperture Bar Holder, 14 positions RS-MBO-ABH14

This aperture bar holder for the FEI Next Generation or Vision ion column is made from 304 Stainless Steel and  comes empty of disks and holds 14 positions. It is compatible with the FEI Vectra Vision, Vectra V65, Vectra 986+ and Acura FIB systems. This hard-to-find part provides the end user with the unique opportunity to cost-effectively build an aperture bar replacement and create new combinations of aperture sizes and beam currents.
