Aperture Bar, 14 positions, FEI IET/WDR, Refurb. Service RS-MBO-AB14D-REFURB-IET

This provides refurbishment of one original aperture bar for an FEI Visionary ion column and includes thorough reconditioning of the original holder and 14 new aperture disks with hole sizes ranging from 10 micrometers to 1000 micrometers. The refurbishment can be ordered with aperture disks made from either M - Molybdenum or W - Tungsten material. The price includes one disk with a 10um aperture. It is compatible with the FEI Vectra Vision IET, Vectra V65 IET, Vectra 986 IET, and Acura IET FIB systems. Aperture disks made from tungsten can result in up to 2x longer useful lifetime.
