Aperture Bar, 14 positions, FEI IET/WDR RS-MBO-AB14D-IET

This complete new aperture bar with disks for the FEI Visionary ion column is made from 304 Stainless Steel and includes 14 new aperture disks with hole sizes ranging from 10 micrometers to 1000 micrometers. The aperture bar can be ordered with aperture disks made with either M - Molybdenum or W - Tungsten material. The price includes one disk with a 10um aperture. It is compatible with the FEI Vectra Vision IET, Vectra V65 IET, Vectra 986 IET, and Acura IET FIB systems. Aperture disks made from tungsten can result in up to 2x longer useful lifetime.
