Aperture Bar, 14 positions, Micrion RS-MBO-AB14D

This complete new aperture bar with disks is for the FEI Next Generation or Vision ion column. It is made of 304 Stainless Steel and includes 14 new aperture disks with hole sizes ranging from 10 micrometers to 1000 micrometers. The aperture bar can be ordered with aperture disks made with either M - Molybdenum or W - Tungsten material and the price includes one disk with a 10um aperture hole. This aperture bar is compatible with the FEI Vectra Vision, Vectra V65, Vectra 986+ and Acura FIB systems. Aperture disks made from tungsten can result in up to 2x longer useful lifetime.
