The EM-Tec RXS-40MC minerals reference standard includes 40 reference minerals and a 200µm aperture copper Faraday cup. All mounted in a standard Ø25.4 pin stub, made from AISI 303 stainless steel. All minerals are embedded in conductive silver filled epoxy. The stociometric compositions of these natural minerals are nominal; other impurities may be present.
