Overview

Rave Scientific  offers the EM-Tec versatile SEM stage adapters for JEOL SEM, FESEMs and SEM/FIB systems. Our stage adapters  consist of a dovetail with an M4 screw. All Rave Scientific holders are offered with an M4 option. As a result the  JEOL adapters  are all compatible with all EM-Tec sample holders with an M4 Hole. Offered are four different styles  of EM-Tec versatile SEM stage dovetail adapters to cover virtually all JEOL SEMs:

• EM-Tec JV70 dovetail with M4 screw, compatible with JEOL FESEMs 7800F, 7601F, 7600F, 7500F, 7400F, 7200F, 7100F, 7000F, 6700F, 6500F, JIB4600 and SEM IT300. iT500’s, iT700, iT800 and F100 including a low profile version for large holders and samples and the JV70R with a Ø32mm insert to adjust the sample holder or to fit other Ø32mm x 10mm holders
• EM-Tec JV60 dovetail with M4 screw, compatible with large chamber JEOL SEMs 6610, 6490, 6480, 6460, 5910, 5900, 5800 and JIB 4500 FIB/SEM
• EM-Tec JV50 dovetail with M4 screw, compatible with JEOL SEMs iT100, 6510, 6390, 6380, 6360, 6010, 5700, 5600, 5500, 5410, 5400, 5300, 5200, T330, T220, T300, T200, T100 and T20.
• EM-Tec JV35 dovetail with M4 screw compatible with JEOL SEMs JSM 6600F, 6400F, 6401F, 6300F, 6340F, 6335F, 6330F, 6320F, 6301F, 6400, 6300, 35, 35C, 35CF, 50, 820, 840, 845, 848, 880 and JXA 733 microprobe.
• EM-Tec JV41 versatile stage adapter kit, compatible with the JEOL Neoscope JCM7000 tabletop SEMs, Variable height adjustment between 15 to 49mm
• EM-Tec JV 40 disc style stage adapter kit compatible with the JEOL Neoscope JCM6000 and JCM5000 bench top SEMS 
• EM-Tec  JV14A Ø14mm adapter stub for JEOL SEM stage adapters with a Ø14mm connection

JEOL Neoscope type EM-Tec versatile SEM stage adapter kit for JCM6000 and JCM5000 bench top SEMs.

The EM-Tec JV40 versatile SEM stage adapter kit is based on the JEOL Neoscope disc type stage adapter. It has a height adjustment pillar with an M4 screw on top. This EM-Tec versatile stage adapter will give JEOL NeoScope users access to the large selection of the EM-Tec SEM sample holders with an M4 threaded hole. This adapter kit is fully compatible with the bench top SEMs JEOL NeoScope JCM6000 and JCM5000. The EM-Tec JV-40 versatile SEM stage adapters for NeoScope bench top SEMs include the stage adapter, two height adjustment pillars  (18 and 25mm) with M4 screw and a height gauge to set the sample height. Simply replace the original JEOL Neoscope stage adapter with the EM-Tec JV40 Neoscope stage adapter and use any of the EM-Tec sample holders which will fit in the chamber of the Neoscope.
