Aperture Disk, OD 2mm x TH 100um, CH 10um - 15um RS-MBO-AD-10-15

This one aperture disk has an outside diameter of 2mm, a thickness of 100um, and a central hole diameter in the range from 10um to 19um. They are compatible with aperture bar holders for all 40kV and 50kV focused ion beam columns from the Micrion and FEI Companies. Aperture disks can be made from either M - Molybdenum or W - Tungsten material providing users with the unique opportunity to cost effectively build an aperture bar replacement and create new combinations of aperture sizes and beam currents.
