This aperture bar holder for the Micrion / FEI "Jupiter Head" ion column is made from 304 Stainless Steel, empty of disks and holds 7 positions. It is compatible with the Micrion 2000, Micrion 2100, Micrion 2500, Micrion 9000, Micrion 9100, Micrion 9500, Micrion 8000, Micrion 9800, FEI Vectra 986 and FEI Vectra 980 FIB systems.
