Aperture Bar, 14 positions, Micrion, Refurb. Service RS-MBO-AB14D-REFURB

This provides refurbishment of one original aperture bar for the FEI Next Generation or Vision ion column and includes thorough reconditioning of the original holder and 14 new aperture disks with hole sizes ranging from 10 micrometers to 1000 micrometers. The refurbishment can be ordered with aperture disks made from either M - Molybdenum or W - Tungsten material. Its price includes one disk with a 10um aperture. This aperture bar is compatible with the FEI Vectra Vision, Vectra V65, Vectra 986+ and Acura FIB systems. Aperture disks made from tungsten can result in up to 2x longer useful lifetime.
